MONARCH INSTRUMENT – Phaser Strobe

The Phaser-Strobe is a portable stroboscope with an operating range of 30 to 32,500 flashes per minute and external phase shifting. It can store three flash rates in memory and runs on internal rechargeable batteries or AC power with the optional power supply.
